At the checkout you will be asked to enter all your personal details including your name, address, contact number and email address. You can create and account which gives you the ability to track your current order, view previous orders and manage your personal details.
All orders through the site will be paid in GBP and converted from your bank at the time of purchase from your original currency. Please note when you are being refunded you may not receive the same amount in your local currency due to the exchange rates.

Firstly, we are extremely sorry! We make every effort to make sure the items we make available to purchase on the website are in stock. If your item is out of stock, we will make every effort to source the item for you from our store, offer an alternative, or refund you for this item.
Before your order has been processed and dispatched, it may be possible to amend or cancel an item. We will make every effort to do so, however we do aim to dispatch your items as quick as possible and it may be a case that your item has already been sent. You can return your item for an exchange or refund at this point.

We are happy to ship your order to the destination of your choice (permitting we ship to your country) however, we do need your billing address to match the card address you are purchasing from as we do carry out anti-fraud checks on your card.
If you are not fully happy with an item you have received, you can return them to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund, providing they are in the same saleable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received.
